Overview

The Incentive Program Manager serves as the central point of contact for all incentive program-related inquiries and issues across the organization. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Effectiveness and is responsible for addressing technical and process-related problems with incentive programs, ensuring timely resolution, and identifying patterns that can lead to process improvements and training opportunities. The manager will work closely with Trade Development teams nationwide and the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (BI COE) to support the effective implementation and execution of incentive programs within our established systems and guardrails. This role requires direct alignment geographically to a SGWS office location. As needed office presence will required for consideration.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incentive program-related inquiries from Trade Development teams across the country
  • Triage incoming issues to determine whether they are technical, process-related, or training opportunities
  • Coordinate with appropriate technical teams to resolve system-related issues and participate in system development discussions
  • Collaborate closely with the BI COE team for any process improvement or clarification needs
  • Track all inquiries and issues to resolution, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Review submitted request on proposed incentive programs to ensure they align with established guardrails and can be properly implemented within existing technology systems
  • Provide guidance on adjustments needed to make programs technically feasible
  • Document and categorize all incoming requests and issues to identify trends and recurring challenges
  • Prepare regular reports on common issues, resolution times, and bottlenecks in the incentive program process
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and their resolutions
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement based on analysis of support requests


Additional Primary Responsibilities

  • Track key metrics related to incentive program implementation and execution
  • Collaborate with the BI COE to identify ways to enhance quality and communication issues related to incentive programs
  • Provide input on system enhancements and new development initiatives for incentive tracking tools
  • Identify training opportunities based on common issues and questions
  • Participate in conducting training sessions when bandwidth allows
  • Keep up-to-date with changes to incentive processes and systems


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
  • Knowledge of tracking systems and processes for sales incentive programs
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools and data reporting solutions
  • Understanding of system development processes and ability to translate business needs to technical requirements
