LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join Recess Hotel & Club in Savannah. You will support daily operation of Le Flâneur, our signature French brasserie, and help lead the front-of-house team with a focus on guest experience.

The role offers growth opportunities for an emerging hospitality leader through hands-on service, team development, and exposure to multiple outlets and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a full-service or luxury restaurant.
• Strong guest service instincts and the ability to coach teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Le Flâneur and maintain consistent service across shifts.
• Lead by example on the floor and engage with guests during service.
• Coach and develop front-of-house team members and uphold hospitality standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and labor management.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Support training and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restaurant readiness.
• Assist with special events and other outlets as needed.
• Continue learning about restaurant operations and performance.
