Aramark Nexus in Hereford, Texas is hiring an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support a new, large-scale dining operation. This hands-on leadership role oversees front-of-house service, residential dining, meals, staff supervision, and overall operational execution to ensure safety, efficiency and a consistent guest experience.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in food service, food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant operations, dining services, or a related environment.
• Requires previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a food service or hospitality operation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily food and beverage operations, including front‑of‑house service and residential dining.
• Coach, schedule, and supervise hourly staff to meet performance and service standards.
• Coordinate meal periods, staffing, production needs, service standards, and daily priorities with leadership.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor guest and resident dining experiences and address service issues quickly and professionally.
• Support labor management, inventory controls, ordering, food cost, waste reduction, and other operational measures.
• Use data and performance results to identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Train employees on service standards, procedures, safety requirements, and customer service expectations.
• Maintain relationships with guests, clients, culinary teams, facilities, and site departments for a consistent experience.
• Support events, catering, and changing meal volumes as required.
• Foster a positive, accountable, service-focused culture.
