Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing front-of-house concessions and beverage operations
• Lead department staff, scheduling, training and evaluations
• Submit orders for purchasing food and beverage items
• Maintain inventory in line with HACCP guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper signage across areas
• Balance tills and cash handling procedures
• Provide staff motivation and guest service leadership
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and alcohol regulations
• Serve as Manager on Duty for events
• Perform other duties as assigned
