Fairmont Dallas in the Arts District seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across hotel outlets and ensure outstanding guest service. You will coach staff, monitor quality, and maintain smooth service across departments, including Banquets and Starbucks when needed.

The role emphasizes staff scheduling, cost control, and hands-on support during busy periods while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in food service industry required, preferably in hotels.
• Strong experience in Outlets (restaurants/bars) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist in planning, organization and execution of daily operations in hotel outlets.
• Supervise staff to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service.
• Coordinate with Banquets and Starbucks and other outlets as needed.
• Ensure staff scheduling meets business needs and budget.
