Assistant Executive Housekeeper - The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport

Join our team as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Follow guest service standards such as the 15/5 rule to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Wear approved uniform and name tag at all times while on duty.
  • Assist in cleaning rooms, public areas, and perform laundry duties as needed.
  • Establish and enforce standards and procedures for housekeeping staff, ensuring brand and corporate compliance.
  • Train housekeeping and laundry staff according to expectations and standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas, recording findings on inspection reports.
  • Manage inventory controls for linens, uniforms, supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor and control departmental budgets and key security procedures.
  • Implement energy conservation and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure proper building, furniture, and equipment upkeep.
  • Assist in room attendant training and in completing room assignments.
  • Serve as acting Executive Housekeeper in their absence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL
  • Experience in hotel housekeeping management preferred.
