The NuGate Group, LLC is hiring an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Hawaii. You will assist the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining custodial standards and contract compliance across TAMC facilities.

As a supervisor, you will schedule, train, and mentor custodial and floor technician staff; coordinate with safety, quality control, and infection control teams to meet performance indicators and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• CEH certification preferred (International Executive Custodial Association).
• Previous supervisory experience required; experience supervising housekeepers or janitorial staff preferred.
• Knowledge of contract administration, OSHA, and safety procedures.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing custodial contract requirements.
• Directly supervise exempt and non-exempt staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Develop and maintain employee work schedules and training.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Provide safety actions, written policies, and educational programs.
• Report on KPIs and support agendas for staff meetings.
