Fairfield Inn & Suites - Enterprise in Enterprise, AL is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper and ensure top-level cleanliness and product quality across guest rooms and public spaces. The role involves training, room inspections, inventory control, and potential support for the Laundry Department.

The ideal candidate has supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to guest

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping supervision or management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to plan and organize the activities of a team and supervise staff.
• Punctual, reliable with regular attendance.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain cleanliness, service and product quality standards for guest rooms and public spaces.
• Monitor team member performance and provide feedback to Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain inventory control for linen and room supplies.
• Open/close procedures for housekeeping when needed and back up the Executive Housekeeper.
• Inspect rooms daily for brand standards and readiness for guest check-in.
• Provide feedback to Room Attendants on deficiencies and training needs.
• Ensure proper usage and labeling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest room status is communicated.
• Support housekeeping and laundry training efforts and promote brand culture.
• Back up Executive Housekeeper duties as needed and assist with scheduling.
