Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Courtyard Happy Valley Phoenix North. Starting hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates.

Must be available 5 days a week, including weekends, and have at least 1 year of supervisory housekeeping experience. This role offers a path to growth within our award-winning culture, with mentorship and development opportunities across our portfolio of hotels.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Past housekeeping or related work experience.
• Strong oral and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure an efficient property operation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the housekeeping, laundry and public area staff, providing a respectful, friendly and fun work environment.
• Performs daily duties including assigning rooms and projects to team and entering room status' in the computer system.
• Promptly reports room status and maintenance issues. Assists in daily room inspection program.
• Ability to perform all primary housekeeping related tasks including laundry, housekeeping and public areas
