Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania seeks an Assistant Executive Director for the Sewickley Campus to guide operations across nursing home and assisted living services. You will join leadership to plan strategically and oversee implementation while ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and an NHA license; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Current Pennsylvania NHA license required.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric healthcare, senior services, and regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and business practices; solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and oversee implementation for nursing home and assisted living services.
• Oversee dietary operations and supervise related managers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and CQAI committee activities.
• Ensure operations meet financial, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Hire, mentor, and develop managers; foster staff growth and accountability.
• Build relationships with staff, residents, families, and community groups.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges and improve processes.
• Represent Masonic Villages in professional and community organizations.
