Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a skilled administrator to lead operations across senior living communities, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.

This role drives financial stewardship, teammates coaching, and coordination with sales to meet occupancy targets, while overseeing multiple departments and maintaining a culture aligned with ISL's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business administration, hospital administration, or a health-related field.
• Leadership experience, preferably in senior care.
• Experience managing hiring, coaching, performance, operations, supervision, and discipline.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing operating expenses.
• Administrator license/certification may be required per state requirements.

• Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations, supervision and discipline.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses.
• Administrator License/certification may be required per state requirements.
