Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a full-time administrator for a 13-bed Memory Care community in Norfolk, Nebraska. You will supervise staff in collaboration with the Executive Director, help recruit and retain teams, and manage scheduling and payroll while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

• Associate's degree in related field is required.
• Prior experience supervising staff is required.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience is preferred.
• Desire to continue learning and improving skills.
