Claiborne Senior Living seeks an experienced Assistant Executive Director to lead the operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care on our Baton Rouge campus. This is a leadership role focused on culture, performance, and resident and team growth.

You will partner with the Executive Director and department leaders to deliver an excellent resident experience and drive community growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus at least two years of long-term care experience.
• Licensed administrator with leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to make operational, financial, and budgeting decisions.
• Collaborative leader who communicates clearly and builds trust with residents, families, and staff.
• Flexibility to participate in the Manager on Duty rotation including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and step in to lead the community when needed.
• Coach department leaders and team members to create a positive work environment.
• Partner with Wellness, Life Enrichment, Dining, Sales, and other teams to deliver a consistent resident experience.
• Welcome prospective residents and families through tours, move-in preparation, and the New Resident Welcome Program.
• Monitor training, inspections, documentation, and service standards to maintain a safe, compliant community.
