Job Summary
Responsible for helping manage, supervise, and schedule workload for the Concrete Industries maintenance team and form-welding crew. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Reliable attendance required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assists in the managing of 10-15 nonexempt employees. Must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and helping the Equipment Superintendent resolve problems.
