Responsible for managing, supervising, and scheduling the workload for the Concrete Industries maintenance team and form-welding crew. Must adhere to the Company Safety Program and Policies, performing duties safely. Reliable attendance is required.
Assist in managing 10-15 nonexempt employees, including training, planning, work assignment, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies and laws.
