What You'll Do

• Build and lead a team, actively participating in project work
• Develop staff and enhance the company's market presence
• Manage and mentor CMT and geotechnical engineering staff
• Collaborate with construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical teams and projects
• Review and prepare geotechnical reports at a senior level
• Engage in client and business development, supporting marketing efforts
• Possess a strong interest in marketing and business growth

What We're Looking For

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering; other ABET-accredited engineering degrees considered
• 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
