NC State University in Raleigh seeks a Broadcast & Emerging Media Engineering Specialist to maintain and operate broadcast facilities and support ESPN/ACC Network events. You will plan gear allocations, test equipment, and mentor student operators in professional production techniques.

NC State Athletics is a leader in video and broadcast production, supporting high-profile live events and innovative media experiences across its athletic venues. We are seeking a Broadcast Engineering professional to join our team and help ensure the reliable operation and delivery of complex productions across the department.
This role requires someone who can take initiative, work independently, and stay focused in a fast-moving production environment while collaborating effectively within a team. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, responding with urgency when situations demand it, and working through complex technical challenges with appropriate support from colleagues.

Associate’s Degree in Electronics and three years of progressive experience in a Broadcast Television, Radio and Emerging Media Engineering Environment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
