Reggio's Treehouse in Reston, VA is seeking an Assistant Educator-Floater for full-time, in-person work. The role partners with Lead Teachers to provide developmentally rich, project-based learning experiences for young children.

You will observe and document growth using classroom tech, prepare materials, and contribute to curriculum while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; CDA or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Familiarity with Reggio Emilia-inspired or project-based learning environments is a strong plus.
• Highly professional, dependable, and adaptable.
• A genuine love for children and a commitment to early childhood education.
