Assistant eCommerce Sales and Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
About Cufflinks Depot
For more than 20 years, Cufflinks Depot has helped customers express their personal style through distinctive cufflinks and men’s accessories. What began as a young couple’s vision has grown into one of the largest eCommerce retailers specializing in cufflinks and men’s accessories.
We design, create, and manufacture many of our products, including our industry-leading custom cufflinks. Our experienced team manages the process from design and engraving through production, fulfillment, and customer service.
Although we have grown, we remain a family-run business committed to superior quality, exceptional service, and the personal attention our customers cannot find elsewhere.
About the Role
Cufflinks Depot is seeking a hands‑on Assistant eCommerce Sales and Operations Manager to work directly with the owner and help coordinate our daily website and custom sales, customer service, inventory, and order‑fulfillment activities.

You will assist in implementing business priorities, keeping daily workflows organized, supporting our small team, and identifying practical ways to improve sales, operational efficiency, and the customer experience.
Because we are a close‑knit company, the ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving between customer communication, custom sales order management, inventory, reporting, and fulfillment coordination. You are organized, resourceful, self‑motivated, and willing to step in wherever needed.
