Job summary
The Meadows of Marion, a skilled nursing facility in Marion, OH, seeks a Full Time Assistant Director of Nursing to support the DON in leading exceptional nursing services delivered to residents daily. Minimum qualifications: RN license in Ohio, 1 year of relevant supervisory/management experience, and strong computer and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long-term care, or geriatric supervision/management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Ability to follow all federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing care for residents.
- Implement nursing services and standards; resolve care issues.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy rights.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents as needed.
