TruTeam in Augusta, GA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help run the branch operations with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The role covers P&L, HR, safety, inventory, scheduling and collections to deliver results and grow leadership opportunities.

Requirements include 4+ years of managerial experience and Full P&L exposure; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a valid driver's license is required. Travel up to 50% regionally may be involved.

Your Responsibilities We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! This role will assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections. Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required. 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades). Full P&L experience. Bi-lingual- English/Spanish (preferred).
