Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong managerial background, preferably with construction/installation/trades experience. You will support the Branch Manager in overseeing P&L, HR, quality control, sales, billing, inventory, and safety while directing operations for high efficiency and safety.

You will grow into leadership roles such as Branch Manager or Regional Leader as you demonstrate results and leadership credentials within a safety-first

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual - English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in managing the P&L and entire operation, including HR, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.
• Lead and support Operations teams through local leaders to achieve low costs and high efficiency while ensuring safety.
• Ensure compliance across Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing.
• Drive performance against operational goals/metrics and provide on-the-job training as needed.

Your Responsibilities We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! This role will assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.
