Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Branch Manager for our Mesa, AZ area to drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will lead the installation team, implement efficient processes, and oversee HR activities including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.

The role requires local travel, a safety-sensitive designation, and a flexible schedule to meet job demand. A bilingual English/Spanish background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Compensation Range

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00
