Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks an Assistant Diving Coach to support the head coach in the Miami University Swim and Dive Program. This temporary position assists with training, practice development, and competition operations according to NCAA and conference rules.

Responsibilities include recruiting support, preparing recruitment materials, attending practices, and maintaining meet records. Background in diving and college-level experience preferred; a Bachelor's degree is

  • 1-3 years related experience at the club, high school, or college level.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Full understanding of the rules and policies of the NCAA.
  • Experience with Dive Meets.
  • Previous collegiate diving experience.

Job Description Summary

To assist the head swimming and diving coach in the administrationand operation of the program consistent with the policies of MiamiUniversity, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and otherappropriate governing bodies, i.e., Mid-American Conference,Missouri Valley Conference.
