G&H Trash Valet Inc. seeks a hands-on Assistant District Manager for Night Operations to lead overnight crews, coordinate routes, and ensure smooth workflow across assigned properties.

You’ll own the night shift, make critical decisions, and keep teams aligned with safety and service standards. You will earn a base pay with mileage and route pay for each route you personally operate, with a strong emphasis on reliability, leadership, and proactive problem solving in a demanding overnight

If you're the person who takes charge when things get chaotic, who can calm a stressed-out team, fix a jammed compactor, and still have everything wrapped up and documented before midnight — we need to talk to you.

This isn't a desk job. It's not a "wait for instructions" job. It's a be-the-boots-on-the-ground-leader job for someone who wants real ownership, real pay, and real autonomy every single night.
