Job summary

G&H Trash Valet Inc. seeks a night-operations leader to run markets with ownership of nightly routes and crews. You’ll calm teams, fix jams, and document outcomes before midnight, while staying hands-on and decisive.

Responsibilities include coaching a crew of Leads and Valets, handling on-the-ground decisions, and ensuring routes operate smoothly and safely each night.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Rock-solid reliability; team depends on you showing up.
• Must have a reliable pickup truck, valid license and current insurance.
• Comfort with mobile apps Doorstep One and OrangeQC.
• Active cell phone and willingness to carry required liability insurance.

Assistant District Manager – Night Operations

If you're the person who takes charge when things get chaotic, who can calm a stressed-out team, fix a jammed compactor, and still have everything wrapped up and documented before midnight — we need to talk to you.

This isn't a desk job. It's not a "wait for instructions" job. It's a be-the-boots-on-the-ground-leader job for someone who wants real ownership, real pay, and real autonomy every single night.
