Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director for smooth program operations.
• Lead outreach, recruitment, and enrollment alignment with goals.
• Maintain program data and attendance in funder databases.
• Coordinate orientations and staff training; monitor performance.
• Ensure participant files meet funder and DOH requirements.
• Provide leadership and resolve incidents with families and staff.
