Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director to support the WIC program's planning, staffing, and operations. You will assist the WIC Director, help recruit and train staff, and ensure adherence to state and federal WIC standards.
You will monitor program operations, handle special projects, and manage staffing levels while supporting quality improvements and service delivery for participants in the Worcester area.
The Assistant Director assists the WIC Director in planning organizing, staffing, and managing operational and evaluation activities as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in health, human service or related field preferred. Four years of directly related experience and Associates degree may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 3 years closely related and relevant experience required. Experience in a leadership role or as a supervisor preferred.
