Job summary

IMG Academy seeks an Assistant Director, Technical for its volleyball program. This leadership role reports to the Director, Volleyball and sits on the Volleyball Leadership Team, shaping vision, strategy, and execution across the program.

The incumbent will elevate technical standards, drive player development, and optimize pathways to collegiate and professional placements, while ensuring an exceptional student‑athlete experience aligned with IMG Academy’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine high‑performance training frameworks for volleyball teams and players.
• Use data‑driven metrics to drive measurable improvements in performance.
• Lead program frameworks including periodization, training methodology, and operations.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top coaches; foster inclusive, growth‑oriented culture.
• Coordinate with Volleyball Operations for staffing, rosters, scheduling, and resources.
• Maintain a visible, mentoring presence across the girls' volleyball environment at IMG Academy.
