We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced insurance professional to join the Vendor Relationships & Solutions team as an Assistant Director in Personal Lines Auto Product. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing third-party data strategy, focusing on deploying and optimizing third-party data solutions to achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Building strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
2. Developing deep knowledge of third-party data as a subject-matter expert.
3. Recommending improvements to current solutions and enhancing the use of third-party data products.
4. Identifying and evaluating potential vendors to meet business needs.
5. Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and escalating issues as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Personal Lines auto insurance products and third-party data solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with procurement and contract management.
• Strong vendor management principles knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, SQL, Snowflake).

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is beneficial. The candidate should have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills, with project management experience preferred.
