The Assistant Director of University Recreation- Fitness isresponsible for directing the overall design, management, andimplementation of a comprehensive and integrated fitness programfor the Northeastern University Recreation Department. Under thedirection of the Associate Director of University Recreation -Programs & Student Development, this position coordinates thescheduling and supervision of the fitness programs serving theneeds of a 20,000-student population in Boston as well as the needsof the entire global network, which includes the training,development, hiring, and evaluation of the Group FitnessInstructors and Personal Trainers. This position provides directsupervision of the Coordinator of University Recreation - Fitnessand the overall advancement of fitness programming.
