You will collaborate with the Director to drive admissions strategies and optimize processes across traditional undergraduate programs.

The role requires supervision experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a track record in enrollment management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ related experience in sales or recruiting.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of admissions staff and recruitment teams.
• Oversee recruitment, admission, and enrollment for academic programs.
• Analyze enrollment data and report findings to leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accrediting standards.
• Collaborate with academic units to support applicants’ credentials.
