Job summary

Lindenwood University is seeking an Assistant Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions to lead a team responsible for recruitment, enrollment, and student services within Enrollment Management. The role partners with the Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions to drive efficient admissions processes and strategic recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, evaluating applications, planning events, and ensuring compliant, confidential handling of student

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in sales or recruiting; supervisory experience.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruitment, admission, and enrollment for programs and modalities.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
• Leads and mentors Admissions staff; plans recruitment events and outreach campaigns.
• Analyzes enrollment data with director and supports strategic planning for Enrollment Management.
• Maintains accurate documentation of communications with students, faculty, and staff.
