Job summary

Lindenwood University’s St. Charles campus seeks an Assistant Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions to lead the traditional undergraduate enrollment team and partner with the Director to optimize recruiting, admissions processing, and student services.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and program leadership. The position supervises admissions staff, analyzes enrollment trends, and helps develop policies and outreach events to advance traditional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in sales or recruiting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruitment, admission, and enrollment for programs and modalities.
• Supervises admissions and recruitment staff; provides leadership and mentorship.
• Reports and analyzes enrollment data in collaboration with director.
• Designs and supports recruitment events; collaborates on outreach initiatives.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information and communications.
• Plans and executes recruitment events and outreach campaigns.
