Job summary

Purdue University in Indianapolis seeks an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruiting to promote College of Engineering programs at the Purdue Indianapolis location. You will meet with prospective students and families, coordinate on- and off-campus events, and manage recruitment programs with faculty and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Four years experience in college recruitment, marketing/communications, teaching, advising, mentoring, or customer relations.
• Equivalencies considered.
• Preference for diverse student populations experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and admitted students and families.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective and admitted students and families.
• Coordinate logistics for engineering information sessions and admissions programs, including CRM events.
• Train and supervise Peer Counselors for recruitment activities.
• Travel to high schools and college fairs to promote CoE programs.
• Deliver presentations about CoE programs and opportunities.
