Job summary

The University of North Texas Health Fort Worth campus seeks an experienced Assistant Director to lead tutoring and writing support within CAP. You will supervise staff, oversee initiatives, and collaborate with academic programs to identify needs and gaps in service delivery.

You will also support budgeting, strategic planning, and represent CAP in campus initiatives. This hybrid role blends on-campus and remote work to support UNT Health students effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills both in-person and virtually.
• Ability to supervise direct reports and provide oversight.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee service standards and quality for tutoring and writing support.
• Supervise Tutoring Services Specialist and Writing Coordinator.
• Collaborate with departments to identify needs and strengthen service delivery.
• Identify gaps and develop solutions with CAP staff and Director.
• Monitor utilization and data to drive continuous improvement.
