Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of related experience or equivalent
• Masters degree preferred, relevant higher education experience is a plus
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating multiple programs is preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee service standards, procedures, priorities, and quality expectations for tutoring and writing support services.
• Provide direct supervision of the Tutoring Services Specialist and Writing Coordinator, including leadership of CAP's tutoring and writing portfolios.
• Collaborate with academic programs, faculty, and campus stakeholders to identify tutoring and writing support needs and strengthen service delivery.
• Identify gaps in tutoring and writing support services and develop solutions and resources with CAP staff.
• Monitor utilization, outcomes, and assessment data to drive continuous improvement.
