Job summary

The Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC seeks a Supervisory General Attorney (Assistant Director) to lead the Division of Enforcement's Office of Technical Services. You will manage budgets and resources, coordinate cross-divisional efforts, and drive AI tool initiatives while serving as a liaison to program stakeholders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Division of Enforcement's Technical Services Group, including the Litigation Support Branch, IT Forensics Branch, and Tech Consulting/Analytical Services Branch.
• Supervise delivery of technology services such as consulting, document scanning, data conversion, document review, audio processing, financial and phone record analysis, cybersecurity, and digital forensics.
• Provide visionary leadership for technology initiatives, including implementing/developing AI tools and shaping strategic direction; act as liaison between program stakeholders and investigative teams.
