Job summary

Columbia University in New York is seeking an Assistant Director to lead confidential survivor-centered services for students affected by sexual, gender-based and intimate partner violence, stalking, and harassment. This onsite role requires after-hours coverage and coordination with SVR staff, with limited hybrid options in winter/summer.

You will supervise on-call rotations and partner with multiple campus units to support affected students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver crisis intervention, information and referral services to students who are survivors of violence.
• Oversee the Peer Advocacy program and ensure consistent processes for direct services.
• Manage ongoing case management and referrals for high-risk cases.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call supervision, crisis intervention, and safety advocacy for survivors.
