The Assistant Director of Student Success Processes provides leadership and operational oversight for academic records processes that support student progression and degree completion. This position manages the day‑to‑day administration of transfer credit evaluation and articulation for currently enrolled students, graduation review and certification, degree exceptions, and compliance‑related credentialing requirements. The Assistant Director is responsible for supervising and developing professional staff, ensuring consistent application of institutional and state policies, monitoring service levels and workload distribution, and implementing quality assurance processes that promote accuracy, efficiency, and student success. Working collaboratively with academic departments, advising leadership, Enrollment Services, Information Technology Services, and other campus partners, the Assistant Director establishes operational standards for academic progress and credentialing functions, coordinates training and documentation efforts, oversees workload and service delivery, and ensures institutional readiness for graduation and other high‑volume academic progress cycles.
