Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree and relevant experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, nonprofit work, volunteer management, community-engaged learning, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain strong, mutually-beneficial relationships with 100+ community partners across various issue areas.
• Conduct annual needs and priorities assessments with partners to inform volunteer program planning.
• Coordinate check-ins with partners to assess progress and changes.
• Maintain regular communication with partners to provide responsive support.
• Plan biannual partner gatherings and establish a Community Partner Council.
• Collaborate with student programming leaders to align partner needs with student opportunities.
