Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ college experience in student activities and NSO.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with organization-management software.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
• Ability to design and manage NSO content and schedule.
• Excellent public speaking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Student Orientation (NSO) program and train student Orientation Leaders.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision of staff, and club activities.
• Coordinate NSO logistics and presenters.
• Develop and assess cocurricular student programs and events.
• Manage departmental social media to increase engagement.
• Assist in planning for Commencement and other major events.
