The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; 6 years preferred. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered, and some travel outside Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Six years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of one another.
• A hybrid work arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall communications strategy for financial services across One Stop, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and VA Education Benefits.
• Develop communications to prospective and current students and parents via email, text, live chat, website, mail, app, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Compliance and leadership to ensure regulatory and institutional standards are met.
• Review data with the financial aid operations team to support accurate communications and projects.
• Audit timing, processes, and effectiveness of communications to ensure timely and audience-appropriate messaging.
