Job summary

Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy seeks an Assistant Director of Student Engagement to oversee and enhance support for 20+ student organizations. You will partner with leadership to develop programming, lead onboarding, and coordinate commencement activities.

You will supervise a Graduate Assistant, collaborate with faculty and staff, and play a key role in events across the school. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master's degree preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in higher education and coordinating large-scale events is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise all McCourt School student organizations (20+) and student leaders with program and event content development.
• Coordinate new student organizations' development, policies, and approval processes.
• Advise, oversee, and manage finances/budgets for all McCourt School's student organizations.
