• Determines student eligibility for federal loans, grants, jobs, or admissions.
• Provides guidance and counseling in academic, admissions, career, and financial matters for students and staff.
• Designs and implements systems to manage student and applicant records.
• Reviews and approves material for publication or press releases.
• Organizes workshops and recruitment events in career services, admissions, or financial aid.
• Supervises daily operations and prioritizes workflow.
