Job summary

• Experience leading student life or campus engagement programs.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating across departments.
• Strong ability to assess programs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead commuter engagement strategy and supervision of Commuter Assistants.
• Develop, implement, and assess programs to promote student belonging and success.
• Oversee the Commuter Student Lounge and coordinate campus resources.
• Lead FIRST and Men of Color Collective programs to support retention and leadership.
• Design and evaluate intercultural engagement initiatives and orientation activities.
• Supervise student employees and contribute to divisional planning.
