Job summary

Savannah College of Art and Design is seeking an Assistant Director of Community Standards to oversee conduct records, investigate reports, and coordinate adjudication within the university. You will train SCADhome staff and faculty on conduct-related issues, maintain Guardian and Titanium databases, and develop educational sanctions while ensuring compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act.

The role requires collaboration across departments and crisis response involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years of experience with young adults or youth in an educational or group setting.
• Experience with electronic record-keeping systems and client management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update the conduct database and disability services records.
• Document student interactions in the Titanium system.
• Prepare reports for supervisor's signature and approval.
• Train SCADhome staff and faculty on conduct-related issues.
• Investigate reports of potential student conduct violations and determine adjudication processes.
• Maintain an active caseload of community standards cases and ensure compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act.
