Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: at least five years in public administration or human services, with four years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, grants, contracts, procurement, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees programs and administrative functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provides leadership and supervision to managers, staff, and administrative teams.
• Manages budgets, contracts, MOUs, grants, and procurement.
• Coordinates strategic planning and departmental performance reporting.
• Represents the department in cross-department projects and external partnerships.
