POSITION STATUS: This is a full-time,non-unit professional position with benefits.
SALARY: $93,136.48 - $97,851.51 annually
STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Assistant Director of Strategic Analytics supports college-wide data-informed decision-making by coordinating and advancing institutional reporting, analytics, and applied research activities. Working collaboratively with academic and administrative stakeholders, the Assistant Director provides analytic consultation, ensures data quality and consistency, and supports the responsible use of institutional data in alignment with established priorities, standards, and governance practices.
This role emphasizes the coordination, validation, analysis, and synthesis of institutional data, translating findings into clear and actionable insights that support planning, equity initiatives, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement across the College.
