The role involves administrative, managerial, and professional responsibilities, including leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans that support institutional goals for the assigned program(s). **CORE JOB FUNCTIONS*** Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans that advance program goals.* Develops and updates training materials for staff, faculty, and external partners.* Oversees all student programming, including off‐campus activities, special events, and networking opportunities.* Plans and manages the program budget, including monthly projections and trend analysis.* Manages all program logistics and operations, including program development.* Oversees registration and advising processes.* Maintains formal documentation and data reports related to accreditation, curriculum, and program quality, including graduation clearance.* Advises students on academic development and achievement.* Coordinates course offerings and program direction with faculty, department chairs, and deans.* Supports faculty in designing and implementing assessment plans, methods, and evaluation tools. **CORE QUALIFICATIONS** **Education:**Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field **Certification and Licensing:**Not Applicable**Experience:**Minimum 4 years of relevant experience **Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:*** Knowledge of business and management principles.* Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.* Ability to establish department goals, and objectives that support the strategic plan.* Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.* Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others. ***This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary.***
